Recruitment, Retention, and Development of Student Employees provides an overview of the collective development process of student employees. The DVD points out how this process differs for student employees in comparison to professional positions. The DVD also explores why the process also must occasionally involve collaboration with various on- and off-campus entities. In addition, the DVD explains how student employment is part of the entire student experience, as well as discusses the role of faculty in providing both mentorship and counsel to student staff in both their professional and personal development.
