Metabolic Training explains and demonstrates how personal trainers can advise workouts that are geared toward maximizing benefits and minimizing time, while achieving serious results. Metabolic training is a two-phase program that utilizes minimal equipment, such as Bowflex® SelectTech® Dumbbells, and focuses on driving the metabolic rate through an energy-deficit phase, followed by a high-energy strength-speed phase.
